Saturday is always a fun time at the shop. I always enjoy meeting the people visiting from out of town. Yesterday I had several people from Vancouver BC and a lovely couple stop in from the UK.
And, it is a great day to catch up with my neighborhood regulars. It was a beautiful day in Portland and lots of people were out and about enjoying the weather.
I wore one of my favorite dresses in a teal and purple plaid cotton. I found this dress with a note attached from the original owner which read something like this...
Worn for the Oregon Centennial in 1959, maybe it will be worn for 2059 as well.
We shall see about that!
