Returns and Exchanges

ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY:

NEW MERCHANDISE can be exchanged or returned for store credit. We allow 7 days after the item is purchased to be returned or exchange. 

Merchandise must be unworn, have all tags attached, and in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns and exchanges will require the customer to pay for return shipping on online purchases.

Any issue with an online order must be communicated via our contact form within 48 hours of receiving the order. If an exchange is approved, it must be mailed within 48 hours after our communication. 

VINTAGE MERCHANDISE is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All items are sold as-is. Please read product descriptions thoroughly. Inquiries about exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Because we take great care to provide accurate measurements, no refunds are given due to poor fit of a garment. Please measure carefully and feel free to make inquiries regarding measurements and sizing.

Please note vintage are sold as used and items have had previous owners unless otherwise mentioned as deadstock. All items are described to the best of our knowledge. All items are sold as is. If you have any questions please contact us  before clicking to add to cart.

RETAIL EXCHANGE POLICY:

All sales on vintage and used clothing and accessories are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. Vintage used clothing is sold as is.

New “modern” merchandise must be returned within 7 days of original purchase for in store credit or exchanges only. Please include your receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in unworn, unused condition with all original tags attached. Items must be in original packaging.

All sales final on discounted and sale items.
